1870-1922: Charles M. Hyatt; Charles served as the Superintendent of the Embossing Company from 1870 through 1907. He rose to President in 1907 and served in that position until 1922. 1871-1885: Robert L. Pruyn; Robert served as President of the Embossing Company. He lived at 38 Willet Street, Albany, New York during his years at the Embossing Company. Robert held five patents with the company. He died October 29, 1934.

1884-1937: Edward C. Schoonmaker (Schoonie); He worked in and later ran the New York City Sales Office.
1885-1904: Montgomery H. Rochester; He served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Embossing Company. He also worked with Charles Pruyn on the Albany Forge Company. He lived at 435 State Street, Albany, New York. He was the grandson of Colonel Nathaniel Rochester the founder of Rochester, New York. He died February 2, 1909.
1900-1932: Andrew Thompson; He served as a clerk from 1900 to 1901. He was promoted to Bookkeeper a position he held until 1903 when he became the Secretary/Treasurer. He held this position until 1912 when he became the Vice President. He became President in 1923 and remained with the company until 1933. Andrew held two patents. He lived in Niagara Falls, New York.
1911-1932: John Rutherford, Jr. (Mildred); John joined the company as a Assistant Treasurer and was also listed as a clerk and salesman. In 1916 and for the next eight years he was the Secretary. In 1925 he assumed the position of Vice President/Treasurer. He held four patents and lived in Slingerlands, New York.
1914-1915: Victor C. Huntington; He worked as a Designer and had one patent. He lived at 258 Morris Street, Albany, New York.
1915-1916: Joseph H. Ramsey; He held a Superintendents position and had two patents. He lived at 86 Chestnut Street, Albany, New York.

1933-1942: Lewis S. Greenleaf, He was president of the company and the Trinity Institution. His home was in Loudonville, New York.
1933-1955: William M. Thompson; He held the following positions, Salesman, Vice President/Secretary, Vice President/Personnel Manager and served as President from 1947 through 1955. He lived in Loudonville, New York. He was born in Albany March 15, 1909, and died in New Haven, Connecticut, September 27, 1999. He attended Albany Academy and Princeton Class of 31. He was a Vice President with Halsam in New York City until his retirement in 1958.
